No Show Socks for Dress Shoes
Mid-Cut and High-Cut no show socks that stay hidden in oxfords and derbies, even when you sit down.
No show dress socks
Dress shoes close over the instep with laces or a strap, so there is room for a no show sock that covers more of the foot and gives the heel more to hold. Our Mid-Cut suits most oxfords, derbies and brogues, and the High-Cut suits shoes that sit higher on the instep. Both are cut and sewn from a cotton and modal fabric, so the heel already sits where it should.
Pick by the height of your shoe
Most dress shoes take the Mid-Cut.
No show dress socks for men
Oxfords, derbies, brogues and monk straps worn with cropped or no-break trousers. Start with the Mid-Cut, and go to the High-Cut if the shoe sits higher on the instep. XXL fits up to a men's 15, see no show socks for big feet.
No show dress socks for women
Women's oxfords and derbies take the Mid-Cut. For pumps and pointed flats worn to work, the Low-Cut from our heels page sits lower.
Can you wear no show socks with a suit?
With cropped or tailored trousers that show the ankle, yes. With full-length trousers in a formal setting, a dress sock close to your trouser color is still the better choice, since your shin shows when you sit. More in when to wear no show socks and no slip socks for loafers and dress shoes.
