Return & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your socks slip or underwear doesn't fit, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or a free size exchange. 

*Holiday Returns: All orders placed between November 1st and December 14th will have an extended return/exchange period until next year's January 15th.

Final Sale & Promotions:

Orders purchased with a discount greater than 50% off are non-refundable to the original payment method and can only be refunded in the form of store credit. These orders may still be eligible for size exchanges, subject to the conditions below.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days, subject to policy adherence. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
